5 training units for trainers, tutors, trainees and students

VALHC project aims at tackling the prevalence of low-skilled jobs and the lack of skilled labour in Morocco and Tunisia footwear sector. It builds capacity of senior footwear experts, VET teachers and VET students in a demand-oriented way according to the skills’ needs of the industry: green, digital, and entrepreneurial.
The training curriculum is based on a competency-based approach and implemented through a sustainable training system built on a train-the-tutor approach aiming at enhancing skills of the current and future workforce and improving work-based learning for Dual VET in footwear. The curricula are constituted by 5 units of learning outcomes of maximum 125 hours each, and include theoretical information available on online platform, webinars, and masterclasses.
